We build hardware clusters for AI, and think about it as a high-volume operations activity. This involves the assembly of materials to deploy clusters and the timely delivery of clusters for customers.
– This contractor will be tracking the status of clusters. Each project is medium to high urgency/ importance. We currently have 82 projects, but will get to multiple hundreds at a time. We need to meet SLAs and resolution of issues. Project management and complex skills
• Key projects – GPU buildout, graphics processing unit.

– 75% head down – follow-ups, status supporting, cross-group coordination tasks, filing tasks, purchase order tasks

Candidate Requirements:
• Years of Experience Required – 5-7
• Degrees or certifications required –
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
– PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Performance Indicators –
• Deadlines, a lot of it will be on the effectiveness of their running meetings. Closing follow-ups promptly and timely delivery of tasks
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
– Project management
– Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, etc.
– Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $51.46 to $57.18 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”
