Our Client’s Marketing Organization is looking for a Brand Activation Contractor to join the Brand Activation team under Brand Strategy. The team is made up of strategic thinkers and creators who are tasked with externally activating the brand to elevate and reinforce our brand pillars. In this position you will help deepen our brand strategy through impactful and measurable brand activations and brand experiences. The primary focus is to bring the brand to life and continuously improve consumer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop community partnership operating model and brand experiences
• Provide program support and strategic input for large programs and platforms
• Transform and manage existing sponsorship governance process
• Consult and work with internal partners on brand activation best practices and new opportunities
• Develop a clear and actionable measurement system to highlight brand performance
• Provide project management support for programs

Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
• 3-5 years prior experience as marketing or brand professional
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, modern marketing tactics, marketing strategy, digital and content marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated strategic, analytical thinking and consulting skills; organized and detail oriented
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and be able to manage and prioritize diverse projects
• Demonstrated ability to work virtually, be self-directed and motivated, and meet deadlines
• Interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ideal Candidate:
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
• Previous experience managing sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $37/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
