Aquent’s leading entertainment client is looking for a Hybrid on-site Brand Manager in the Los Angeles area. This will be a full-time assignment beginning at 7 months with a possibility to extend. In this position you will work with a variety of teams to help extending the clients product experience and attract more consumers to upgrade from a proprietary application to a bundle. This is why why the Brand Marketing team is seeking a Brand/Campaign Manager leader who will lead the development and execution of campaigns that expand the bundle appeal to new audiences.
As part of the role, you will work closely with the VP of Brand Marketing and across functional areas of the content, brand, and product marketing teams to execute campaigns that grow awareness, consideration, and preference for our client’s streaming services. You will bring a strong understanding of and passion for streaming entertainment and think big and progressively about new media channels, digital partnerships, and more with regard to how we can better communicate the brand, measure campaigns, and optimize messaging and learnings across the entire funnel. This role is for a marketing leader who is a superb team leader and cross-functional collaborator. You are highly organized, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively cross-departmentally to understand key players, communicate effectively, and gain consensus.

What Youโll Do:
โ Lead the everyday management of brand campaigns for streaming services, responsible for producing and executing campaigns and programs.
โ Manage multiple agencies, brand marketing budget, and legal approvals
โ Work closely with Brand Strategy, Media, and Social Media gathering market insights, data, and learnings to inform marketing plans
โ Partner closely with Content Marketing and other teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging, comms plans, and execution and support of key business and content initiatives
โ Manage our internal team and partner’s resources to ensure on-time delivery of the work and reports to executive
โ Work hand in hand with Media to ensure delivery of outstanding communications plans and try new platforms and channels that have never been attempted before
โ Continuously evaluate creative to ensure quality, optimization, and more.
What To Bring:
โ +7 years of campaign management experience, preferably with DTC brands
โ Forward-thinking thought leader in research, media, and creative optimization and deeply passionate about the future of entertainment and pop culture
โ Success in developing, building, and executing campaigns that drive brand consideration, preference, and cultural conversation
โ Team leadership and agency management experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
