Job Description

I am looking for a freelancer to build a referral platform for my business. The main functionality of this software will be the inputting of leads from multiple sources, task those leads to our staff in the call center, and then track that lead through the call center (with any notations etc) till the sale is closed. Those making the referral, will eventually need access to their reporting to see the status of referrals. This will be ongoing project as we grow and expand the platform.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

– Experience in developing referral platforms

– Proficiency in progress tracking functionality

– Ability to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform design

– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
