Our Client is looking for a detail oriented and analytical Customer Insights Manager to own customer analytics and reporting, and drive direct to consumer retention marketing initiatives. This person will provide analytical, technical, and operational expertise for the CRM marketing team to deliver consumer insights throughout the organization, optimize current programs, and launch new initiatives. You will have the opportunity to represent the voice of the customer by proactively elevating actionable insights and identifying opportunities for business based on the customer analysis. The successful candidate will be very analytical, self-starting, flexible, organized, and reliable, with the ability to both see the big picture and be able/willing to execute rapidly.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Monitor the health of customer database and efficiency of budget allocation, making sure we are attracting, engaging and developing the right customer; you will build and track customer forecast/budget model.
• Identify customer lifecycle journeys and patterns that inform marketing strategies; you will work closely with marketing partners to inform and influence strategies that help us to acquire, retain and engage the customers
• Develop and monitor key customer metrics such as Sales/Customer, LTV, etc. and partner with stakeholders to treat fluctuations as needed; you will work with our analytical partners to identify high value actions and reinforce them throughout the customer journey.
• Concept and execute our customer segmentation strategy; you will identify key segments that differentiate customers based on shopping behaviors, preferences and motivations, and present customer insights. You will partner with key stakeholders to execute segmented strategies. You will own the overall testing strategy for those segmented experiences.
• Design, execute and analyze customer research studies, including focus groups and surveys, to uncover key insights and consumer preferences; you will work with research vendors to host stakeholder interviews, draft questionnaires, and share actionable insights.
• Utilize customer insights to suggest targeted programs, and amendments to the current marketing mix; you will work cross-functionally to execution on suggestions once approved.
• Manage regular reporting to monitor customer behavior and support ad-hoc data requests.
• Work with our analytical partners to ingest new customer data.
Basic Qualifications
• 5-7 years of work experience in customer marketing and analytics
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Experience with analytical and CRM database tools
• Strong interpersonal, partnership and management skills
• Superb project management skills including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Working knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Finance, Statistics or Economics
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $67.55 to $75.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
