โข Daily Schedule & OT estimate: Mon โ Fri 20/25hrs week
Candidate Requirements:
โข Years of Experience Required โ 10+ years of experience preferred.
ROTHY (Room of the House) Librarian responsibilities:
โข Organize, update, and manage content libraries (in Word or Sharepoint)
โข Create templates for content collection when common across ROTHs (like customer stories)
โข Collect new materials and keep libraries current
โข Identify gaps and project management process to fill them
โข Organize notes from ROTHY meetings and follow up on action items
โข Send out bi-weekly โWhatโs newโ Newsletter detailing new assets and content library updates
โข Help team members find and add content
โข Solicit suggestions for improvement and recommend ways to implement
โข Compile FY24 customer wins slide library, transitioning content to the existing standardized format
โข Facilitate RCG-connected community
Skills:
โข Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
โข Strong ability to work independently and manage oneโs time.
โข Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
โข Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
โข Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
โข Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
Project Manager, preferably with some knowledge of management or curriculum design experience (retail industry experience a plus but not necessary). Must be a self-starter, responsive, service-oriented (think hotel concierge!), and happy to work largely self-directed, seeking out answers and support as necessary.
Education/Experience:
โข Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
โข PMI or PMP certification preferred.
โข 10+ years experience required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75.65 to $84.06 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
