Are you passionate about the skincare and suncare industry?  Not long ago, SPF only came to mind at the beach, and it wasn’t something people actually wanted to wear. So, our client set out to change the way the world thought about sunscreen. They continually invest in newer, better ways to bring sunscreen to life with formulas that completely change the game. They are in need of a Creative Ops PM for a 5-6 month leave cover.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside the Project Manager to be the bridge of communication between the marketing, retail, DTC, and creative teams.
Act as the first point of contact for teams to receive project status updates, deliverables dates, etc.
Manage day-to-day creative tasks using our project management platform Wrike, ensuring projects are running smoothly and delivered on-time.
Create timelines for long-term projects and 360 campaigns, monitoring their progress and making sure key milestones are achieved from start to final delivery.
Scheduling, preparing, driving and recording notes on all weekly internal Creative meetings, as well the meetings with departments and Senior Leadership
Scheduling, preparing, driving and recording notes for kickoff/briefing meetings or any touch bases on projects to help align with all departments

QUALIFICATIONS
4-7 years of project management work experience
Relevant experience in beauty or fashion preferred
Proficiency in project management and digital asset management platforms is required
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma are preferred, but not required
Experience with content production (pre-post) a plus
Understanding and eagerness to learn both the marketing and creative landscapes
Strong organization and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Comfortable with pivoting quickly, providing creative solutions, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously
A self-starter with a good attitude who can work both independently and collaboratively, and is eager to take on new challenges

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $43 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
