Job Description

I'm seeking an experienced Perfex expert to design a custom CRM specifically tailored for my dental clinic. My aim is to streamline patient management within the clinic through this CRM. A few key features I would require include:

– Appointment scheduling: This component is critical in managing our daily patient consultations more efficiently.

– Sending offers: We want to enhance our patient communication by sending special offers through multiple channels including WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

– Patient record management: We need to handle crucial patient information such as their contact details and medical history efficiently.

The Ideal freelancer for this role would be experienced in CRM development, specifically with Perfex, and have an understanding of the healthcare or dental industry. A track record in handling similar projects would constitute a strong advantage.
