The Consumer Experience (CX) Product Designer, will partake in and realize the vision and responsibility of providing the world-class user experiences product design delivery globally for products and ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key role in helping drive the future of the company. You will collaborate with product design leads, research, product, and engineering partners across the organization to build consumer-focused design solutions at scale while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity.

* MUST be located in Cambridge,MA and willing to go onsite up to 3 times/week *

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fluency and experience in the design thinking process
Experience providing key contributions to innovative, successful products. Contribute to all phases of Product Design work: distilling research, design ideation, prototyping, final spec design, and implementation.
Collaborate with the Lead Strategist to define product design and experience
Evangelize and share best practices
Drive and document product design standards and patterns across products systemically
Collaborate with team on process improvements and tool implementation
Ability to communicate effectively within a global enterprise organization including audiences at all levels.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field. Master’s degree in relevant field a plus
5+ years of experience designing products.
Dynamic design portfolio that shows your design process, and shipped products is a must
Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems in developing holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystems
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe creative suite and other design tools
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning is a must
Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and all various human interface platforms: iOS, Android, LMS and connected platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and an ability to prioritize and organize to meet tasks and deadlines
Experience sketching, concept creation and wireframing, producing IA, user journeys, sitemaps and user flows, with tap able/clickable rapid design prototypes
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Must be a articulate communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company
Pharma/health technology background is a plus

Compensation Range: $70 – 80/hour DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
