We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with specialized expertise in developing sophisticated scoring and index models to join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing predictive models that will drive strategic decision-making and enhance our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of advanced scoring and indexing models to evaluate and predict various business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for model application, and integrate data science solutions into operational processes.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, including data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, to derive insights and inform model development.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of scoring models by implementing rigorous validation and testing protocols.
Communicate complex model methodologies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on model outputs.
Stay current with the latest developments in data science, particularly in the area of scoring and indexing models, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $74.65 to $82.94 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
