Our Technology client is seeking a Digital CD / Design Lead to spearhead creative excellence within the clients marketing functions.
**Please note – This is for a 6-month Leave Coverage**
You will lead agency partners and internal teams, ensuring high standards and alignment with the clients brand identity. Your role demands an innovative approach in storytelling and technology across various mediums. You will collaborate closely with the Web Marketing team, guiding creative strategies and contributing to our 2024 Roadmap. Key responsibilities include leading creative presentations, ensuring brand and design guidelines are met, and maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints. Your role is crucial in fostering partnerships, implementing feedback, and exploring opportunities for future growth and integration of web work into a holistic digital consumer journey.
The role will involve a balance of creative direction (with a digital UX focus), strategic planning, collaboration, and project management.
- Overseeing and guiding creative projects to align with the clients brand and quality standards
- Collaborating with internal teams and the clients agency partner, to shape and direct creative solutions.
- Working with the Web Marketing team to refine creative strategies and ensure clear project deliverables.
- Leading creative presentations, incorporating feedback, and maintaining consistent quality across projects.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to align efforts.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional ability to lead creative teams and projects, with a deep understanding of various design disciplines and an innovative approach to storytelling and technology.
- Strong capability in developing and executing creative strategies that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives, coupled with confident decision-making skills to guide creative projects effectively
- Outstanding collaborative and communication skills for working with both internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring alignment on creative visions, and effectively presenting and discussing creative concepts.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and an ability to creatively interpret and apply these to various projects, enhancing brand consistency and impact.
- Openness to new technologies and trends in digital marketing and design, with a proactive approach to integrating innovative ideas and solutions into creative work.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
