This position is hybrid in Boston and requires 4 days a week in office.

Job Overview:

As a CRM Campaign Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution and reporting of email and SMS campaigns. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the planning and execution of email & SMS campaigns – from seasonal planning through daily execution, inclusive of campaign operations management, reporting, segmentation, and ad-hoc projects.

• Lead and manage the Email channel marketing campaign execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, inclusive of CWS form creation, asset & copy management in Asana, AirTable management and communications, and partner with CRM Coordinator on final approval.

• Lead and manage the SMS channel marketing campaign execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, inclusive of Attentive platform management, asset & copy management in Asana, test sends/reviews, and partner with CRM Manager on final approval.

• Manage email proof reviews/approvals in partnership with CRM Coordinator and Site Merch.

• Compile “week ahead” SMS details to share with cross-functional partners on a weekly basis.

• Support email & SMS marketing channel reporting, inclusive of weekly and monthly data pulls and weekly analysis/insights using Tableau and Adobe Analytics.

• Support and manage audience creation process in Optimizely Data Platform and SFCC Connector in Attentive.

• Partner with CRM Manager on seasonal planning process for email & SMS campaigns, inclusive of identifying key segments & journeys, content needs, and A/B tests; support and manage GTM tracker inputs as needed.

• Support CRM Manager and Coordinator with executing and tracking performance of A/B tests on a seasonal basis.

• Partner with Email agency (Merkle) and SMS agency (Attentive) during weekly marking sync meetings.

• Collaborate with Digital and Stores cross-functional teams on Read & React campaign support; support in-season ad-hoc SMS requests based on the needs of the business (i.e. promotions, trends, moments, etc.)

• Support ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM campaign operations, or a related field.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, AirTable, or similar (preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Keynote.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
