Our well known financial services client is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to joing their team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $56 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who brings a strong understanding of direct response marketing, inclusive of lead generation and lead nurture strategies. As our client pivots from its legacy focus on enterprise customers to direct to consumer marketing of products and services, we are seeking to drive business growth via the delivery of personalized acquisition marketing that encourages consumers to take action.

You will support CRM and Marketing Cloud initiatives (both investor and borrower). Support product lead in managing data, defining requirements, and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of data loads, reports, and feature deployments.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years digital marketing experience, ideally for a major transactional/e-commerce or financial services company.  
  • Innovative, curious thinker with a demonstrated self-starter ability to get the job done.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across a highly matrixed organization, and ability to influence others.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience in data-driven optimization for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in acquisition marketing best practices
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with CRM toools like Salesforce.
Familiarity with tracking tools like Workfront.
Familiarity with using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies.
Experience in financial services; any experience with marketing in Insurance, Wealth Management, Retirement or Banking verticals or in other highly-regulated industries (pharma, healthcare etc.)
