Your Role:

As our Electrical Engineering Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project success. You’ll lead your team with finesse, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to industry standards.   • Lead, motivate, and support your team through all project phases.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to streamline project workflows.

  • Play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top-notch talent.

  • Dive deep into project planning, cost management, and scheduling.

  • Ensure quality and accuracy standards are met at every turn.

What You Bring:

  • Over 15 years of electrical engineering experience, with a knack for areas like power distribution, energy management, and more.

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Ideally, a Professional Engineer license.

  • Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of people management experience.

  • Familiarity with Front End Engineering and Design processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication skills to foster collaboration.
