Job Description

I'm looking for an expert to construct a comprehensive mobile and web application that encourages internal competition and employee engagement in my company. Among the features I'm interested in are:

1. Leaderboard: The focus is on overall performance and engagement. Freelancers with experience in implementing ranking systems are especially welcomed.

2. Badges: I am interested in acknowledging achievements. Skill in designing engaging and meaningful badges is a key qualification.
