We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Office Project Manager to join a high-profile team supporting the Executive Vice President with our client. This is a temporary 18 month assignment partially on-site in Puget Sound, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing global hiring plans, headcount tracking, budget management, and overseeing essential projects related to office surface teams. If you are an individual with 8-10 years of experience, a knack for Tech products, and a passion for fast-paced environments, this opportunity provides exposure to executive-level decision-making and collaboration with diverse and interesting groups.

Typical Day in the Role:

  • Manage global hiring plans, headcount tracking, and budget management for office surface teams across 50 countries.
  • Key Projects: Headcount management, Power BI utilization, and supporting teams in identifying priorities.
  • Task Breakdown: Ad hoc reporting (1/3), report creation/update (1/3), and supporting hiring processes (1/3).

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

  1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience communicating with stakeholders.
  3. Minimum 8 years of program or project management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan projects, directing technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff work, ensuring competence development.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility.
  • Consult with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications.
  • Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates.
  • Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.

Experience:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills for providing support and constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with business and management principles in strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Previous tech experience at a major Seattle based Tech company is a plus
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
