I've been working on developing a WordPress plugin, however, owing to limited time, I need help to finalize it. The purpose of this plugin is to deliver a unique shipping route protection option at checkout.
There fee should be shown at the checkout based on the admin's set percentage in Woocommerce > Shipping Route Protection Settings page.

Also all orders should be assigned a unique shipping route number for eg. RT589ML67.
In the Shipping Route Dashboard page in the WordPress Admin, all the data has to be shown there as seen below:

Order Date, Order Number, Unique Route Order Number, Customer Email, Order Subtotal, Shipping Route Protection Status, and Shipping Route Protection Fee Paid.

There should be an option to export these data at once in CSV format and also an option to filter either by order number or date or Unique Route Order Number.

On the customer account page, there should be an option for the customer to file a lost shipment claim, with options like Name, select order number, description.

Once a claim has been submitted, both the customer and WordPress admin should get email notifications with a claim number generated automatically, with claim status set to pending.

There should be a page in WordPress admin for eg. Shipping Route Claims page, where All claims would be logged and the admin can change the claim status to any of these options: pending, processing, reshipped, refunded.

And whenever the admin changes the claim status it should update on the customer my accounts page in the claims area and an email notification should be sent to the customer.
I'm looking for someone who could allow customers to choose whether to protect their shipping route at checkout or not by clicking on a toggle switch. This ordering option should be easy to use and hard to miss.
Ideal candidate should demonstrate:
– Proficiency in WordPress plugin development
– Ability to do bug fixes
– Excellent skills in user interface enhancement
– Previous work with WordPress plugin development
