*Salary range is $60,000 – $70,000K

SUMMARY 

Our global automotive team is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to provide reporting, forecasting and analysis to our corporate and divisional finance departments. as well as decision support to our corporate and divisional finance departments. This role will support decision making, ongoing strategy, and operations for our growing brand.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Analyze financial results and variances for various business segments 

  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

  • Understand various business activities and identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and profitability

  • Prepare Actual vs. Budget and Forecast Variance analysis

  • Analyze financial impact of key department activities (rate changes, implementation, service removal, etc) 

  • Update reports to reflect the most up-to-date and accurate financial information

  • Respond to various requests from management for financial results

  • Support the monthly close process with accounting and FP&A

  • Prepare ad hoc reports upon request by management

  • Responding to requests related to budget and investment

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4+ years of experience in related field (Accounting / Finance / Business Management)

  • Experience with FP&A preferred

COMPENSATION

$60,000 – $70,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
