- Take ownership of financial activities within the organization, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate projects related to financial systems and product roll-out, ensuring detailed plans are in place to accomplish goals.
- Present and explain financial proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members’ work, fostering their development and maintaining staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess the feasibility of financial projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management.
- Certification such as PMI or PMP is preferred.
- Previous tech experience at a major Seattle based Tech company is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in increasing roles and responsibilities.
- Proven track record of delivering quality work within timelines.
