The primary focus of this role is to take ownership of financial activities within the organization, working closely with management to ensure effective partnership and support during critical moments.   • Take ownership of financial activities within the organization, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate projects related to financial systems and product roll-out, ensuring detailed plans are in place to accomplish goals.
  • Present and explain financial proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
  • Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members’ work, fostering their development and maintaining staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess the feasibility of financial projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management.
  • Certification such as PMI or PMP is preferred.
  • Previous tech experience at a major Seattle based Tech company is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in increasing roles and responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality work within timelines.
