I'm currently experiencing a critical issue with my Shopify store's payment gateways, specifically with PayPal and Stripe. The primary concern lies with PayPal, where my customers are unable to complete their payments, severely affecting sales. An error message is displayed every time a transaction is attempted, but I'm unable to decipher or solve the problem on my own.
**Ideal Candidate Skills:**
– Proficient with Shopify's platform.
– Experience troubleshooting and resolving payment gateway issues, especially with PayPal and Stripe.
– Ability to interpret and act on error messages related to payment failures.

3. **Testing and Confirmation:** Implement the fix, followed by rigorous testing to confirm that the issue is resolved and payments can be completed seamlessly.
4. **Documentation:** Provide a brief report documenting the problem, the solution implemented, any changes made to the system, and the outcome of the tests performed.
