Job Description

I need a custom app developed for Freshdesk that will handle contact management on the web platform. The primary function of this app must be to manage contacts with a specific feature. I require the app to be able to hide specific contacts from certain agents.

Ideal freelancers for this project should have experience in web application development, preferably having prior experience in creating apps for Freshdesk. This role would primarily need excellent skills in Javascript, AJAX, and API's. They should also have good problem-solving capabilities and be able to understand user requirements well.
