This is a hybrid role in Vancouver.
Pay Range: $46/hr – $56/hr
Our client is a leader in the gaming community and looking to hire a Producer on their team.
The Producer’s Job Responsibilities:
- Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Communicate goals to the team and motivate them to execute on time and at a high-quality level.
- Proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Create, update, and present status and information to the Lead producer.
- Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.
- Management of both internal and outsourced content.
The Producer’s Experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of production experience on Console or PC products.
- Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall etc.).
- Has shipped a minimum of 1 game product on either PC or Console.
- Experience shipping AAA quality games.
- Has experience managing development projects from concept all the way to ship.
- Has experience managing multiple cross functional teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46/hr – $56/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
