Job Description
I'm in need of a sophisticated, interactive feedback form that not only accrues information about an event but also helps in intercommunication among the Organizer, Student, Manager, and Trainer.
The form is aimed to gauge the satisfaction level after an event and to set a comprehensive timed action plan for students committed to it.
The timed action plan should ideally include “completing assignments,” as selected by the students. It is essential to note that the assignments are defined primarily by the students. The form should give them autonomy to define their learning experience and reinforce commitment.
Further to this, the feedback form will no doubt capture the level of event satisfaction and suggestions for improvement. This will afford us the opportunity to gain insights to fine-tune our offerings and better cater to our clients.
Skills and experience ideal for this project would include:
– Excellent understanding of interactive forms creation
– Proficiency with data capturing and segmentation
– Familiarity with user experience (UX) best practices
– Experience with designing for multiple stakeholders interaction
Great attention to detail will be appreciated as this tool serves multiple stakeholders and functions. I anticipate that the right professional will be able to create a tool that is user-friendly, interactive and functional.
