We are looking`for a Jr. Business Analyst to join our clients Credit Bureau Compliance team. In this role you will grow your skills as a Business Analyst, with a focus on career progression, and assist a collaborative team with meeting goals,

In this role you will:

Conduct data validations and develop and lead small to medium business initiatives benefiting internal and external customers.
Focus on credit bureau reporting and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance.
Conduct data validation and auditing quality controls,
Monitor process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments,
Gather business requirements definition, testing, and project support.

Qualifications:

Previous Business Analyst experience
Passion for continuous improvement
Intermediate Microsoft Excel User
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Previous experience in Fincance, Captive Finance, or Credit reporting is preferred but not required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 per hour Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
