This is a hybrid role onsite 1 day per week.
We are seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our clients Business Operations team. In this role you will help traffic process inquiries, communicate with key stakeholders to determine correct SOP’s and SLA’s, and assist in process improvement.
Job Duties:
- Primary responsibility will be monitoring of the inbox and providing business support to field partners
- Research and analysis of system issues and questions from field
- Coordinate efforts with the business, IT, vendor and internal partners.
- Take and distribute notes for meetings.
- Communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Office 365 Platform (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Corporate Environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a financial services company.
- Experience with documenting business requirements.
- Experience with project coordination
- Knowledge of underwriting and funding of contracts
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30 to $33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
