Lead UX/UI Designer
Our client is searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead UX/UI Designer to partner with our esteemed NYSE IPO clients on their virtual event journey. This is a production-heavy, 6-month contract role ideal for a seasoned designer with a passion for brand storytelling and a knack for adapting to unique client needs.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the visual design and user experience (UX/UI) for NYSE IPO virtual events. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique branding, vision, and target audience to craft memorable and impactful event experiences.
- Be the creative lead, conceptualizing and executing stunning visuals across all touchpoints, including landing pages, event platforms, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Adapt and iterate rapidly. Each IPO is unique, requiring you to seamlessly tailor the platform and its user experience to each client’s specific brand identity.
- Navigate complex stakeholder relationships. Confidently interface with marketing directors, senior leaders, and executives, clearly communicating design concepts and soliciting feedback.
- Lead client interactions with confidence. You’ll be the design point-of-contact, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage your agency background to understand company branding and its translation into impactful virtual experiences.
- Contribute to a production-driven environment. Expect a fast-paced workflow with tight deadlines and a focus on flawless execution.

- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or related field. Seniority is a plus, especially if you have experience leading small design teams.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions for brands across various industries.
- Expertise in video rendering, color correction, and motion graphics. Proficiency with Adobe Media Encoder, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, and other relevant design tools is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You can communicate design concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, earning trust and building strong relationships.
- A passion for user-centered design and a meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
