We are seeking a skilled freelance web developer to assist in the creation of a groundbreaking platform called VIVANSANM. VIVANSANM aims to democratize decision-making processes by enabling users to participate in surveys and contribute financially towards resolving community issues in Haiti. The platform will require users to create accounts using their national ID, driver's license, or passport, along with email and phone number verification. Each user will receive a unique identification code akin to a Social Security Number (SSN).

Website Development: Design and develop the VIVANSANM website with two primary functions: conducting surveys and facilitating monetary donations.
