We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to work with our customers Digital Marketing and Ad Operations team. 

Basic Qualifications Responsibilities

  • Manage digital campaign escalations from US and International Ad Operations teams.
  • Build dashboards to monitor and troubleshoot video and display ads across direct-sold, programmatic, and in-house marketing deals.
  • Generate reports to support campaign health and delivery workflows.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation for both internal and external consumption.
  • Escalate issues to Product and Engineering teams, and drive prompt resolutions.
  •  Develop strong partnerships with Ad Sales, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams to deliver on strategic and tactical channel objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers to come up with creative solutions to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • 3-5 in digital advertising operations or support, preferably with a focus on video advertising technology preferred
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with Google Ad Manager (GAM) or FreeWheel ad servers preferred
  • Experience tracing ad calls using proxy and debugging tools to interpret ad responses and troubleshoot VAST errors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and organizations
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising specs including VAST, VMAP, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and unacquainted audiences
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills including experience working with Confluence, Power Point, and LucidChart
  •  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with large sets of data
  • Experience with Operative One order management system (nice to have but not required)
  • Experience with various digital advertising servers and ecosystems

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $43.63 to $48.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
