Job Description
I'm seeking an experienced WordPress developer to create a simple, minimalist-style dynamic questionnaire form on our website. The purpose of the form is to collect particular data:
– Contact information
– Questions relevant to the user's financial situation for tax preparation
The dynamic questionnaire form should incorporate the following features:
– Multiple choice questions
– Dropdown menus
– Text input fields
The singular dynamic questionnaire should mimic the 4 situations found at: [login to view URL] which are similar but expanded based on the clients tax situation. Details on the dynamic nature to be discussed upon award.
The result output report should be compact enough to fit on a single page and be transmitted to a defined email address upon completion.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in form creation and a keen eye for minimalist design. Clear understanding of data collection and handling in WordPress, with an appreciation for user privacy and confidentiality is a must.
