Our client is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join the Brand & Creative team on a 3 month assignment through end of March 2024.

**FULLY REMOTE, 40 hours per week, PST located talent preferred**

As a Motion Designer you will bring the brand and our product to life in bold and engaging ways. From conception of ideas to shipping finished projects, you’ll work alongside marketers, writers, illustrators, visual designers, UX designers, and motion artists to bring life and fresh perspective to animations and product. Armed with Adobe After Effects and the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, you will be responsible for crafting compelling motion designs to convey our product features and benefits.

The Role:

  • Partner closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and producers to plan and execute projects from concept to final upload.
  • Bring designs and narratives to life effectively, using principles of animation and modern animation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of video formats and codecs. Recommend best practices of files to be used across various channel.
  • Work with and evolve the existing animation language to elevate the brand.
  • Translate creative direction from leads to purposeful creative concepts.
  • Participate in our design culture to align styles and refine work through team feedback.
  • Willingness to work openly and bring your true self to work.

About you:

  • Strong communicator, with the ability to articulate timelines, bandwidth, and production needs to leads and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a complex environment, adept at scoping business needs while managing multiple projects, priorities, and timelines.
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail, setting the standard for excellence in craft, quality, and output.
  • Enthusiastic about creating, letting your excitement show in how you present ideas and work.
  • 5 -8 years of design/motion experience plus being an advanced user of After Effects, Cinema4D and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with designing in Figma is also highly valuable for this project.
