Job Description
I am seeking a capable freelancer to customize Notion into a professional CRM setup with advanced sales funnel tracking. Please ensure you read the description is full as there are two critical pieces you need to submit for your entry to be considered and valid. Key functionalities should include:
1. Contact management: Systematically manage and store client details.
2. Sales funnel tracking: Provide a visual representation of sales stages, monitor leads and opportunities.
3. Task management: Assign and track tasks related to customers or deals.
4. Email Marketing Integration: Sync with email marketing tools for efficient lead nurturing.
Additional integrations needed:
– Calendar integration: To schedule and track meetings, follow ups or deadlines.
– Customer support tool integration: For seamless management of customer queries and issues.
– Zapier support to work with everything Zapier capable and also be able to pull customer status from other platforms (backup status, antimalware status etc.) and allow for Notion to act as a single pane of glass for current clients that can create well formatted PDF reports that we can export monthly and it will go through all our product offerings and state the current status of each platform the client is paying for.
PLEASE ensure you include a sketch on how the data flow will work within Notion and how external applications like landing pages with contact forms could pass on contact data to the Notion CRM with a very rough sketch of the UI
Also, please detail what access and to what platforms will be required for you to complete your work.
Ideal candidates have extensive experience in CRM and Notion customizations and can provide real-world examples of similar projects completed. Proficiency in system integration and knowledge of sales tracking are pivotal.
