We are looking for an Analyst to lead and manage strategic programs that positively impact our employees and customers. Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional business partners to analyze data, design solutions, build processes, and support programs.
Retail Operations creates the tools and programs that empower our teams to provide, one of a kind. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experiences, and driving a global strategy that sets the bar for us and our channel partners.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build new and reimagine existing workforce management strategies and solutions to positively impact employee and customer experiences
• Analyze data related to workforce management and business operations to improve processes and experiences
• Build and deliver time-sensitive analyses to influence strategy and execution
• Craft innovative solutions and strategies by combining data and intuition
• Work with global partners to build solutions for global problems
• Manage initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion
• Drive implementation, measure execution, and iterate with field and operations teams
• Lead with collaboration, inclusion, and the ability to take others on the journey
• Identify, communicate, and foster innovative ideas through partnership
• Provide initiative-based support and subject matter expertise on the store perspective
Key Qualifications
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify trends and root causes and transition analysis into actionable projects
• Strong Excel modeling skills; must be able to work with sophisticated formulas and macros
• Fluency in SQL for data access, manipulation, and validation
• Passion for data visualization and information design (proficiency in Tableau preferred)
• Consistent track record in prioritizing, planning, and implementing strategies
• Operate at both strategic and tactical levels and move quickly between the two
• Capable of clearly communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience, including extensive experience presenting to leadership groups
• 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst
Education
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Additional requirements
• Experience and management principles involved in strategy, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources preferred
• Project management experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75 to $80/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
