The Selling Partner Marketing team is a critical part of our consumer business which offers millions of Sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business.. Sellers are our customers and we help them to sell their products to hundreds of millions of customers world-wide. We are looking for a passionate, rigorous, and results-oriented digital marketer that will own the execution and reporting of paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, and LinkedIn. You will be part of a cross-functional marketing team focused on driving the awareness, consideration, and activation as you help to recruit new third-party sellers This role requires a proven track record of driving business goals through down funnel KPI optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns. 

A successful candidate will thrive with ambiguity, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and enjoy discovering insights through data. They will be an ambitious self-starter with the ability to operate independently, provide recommendations backed by data, and implement those recommendations for key initiatives in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the delivery of paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Executes experiment roadmaps and shares learning.
  • Measures and analyzes channel performance to drive future marketing decisions and optimize acquisition strategies.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of paid social and paid search marketing experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or Communication.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Proven experience with Excel to manipulate and analyze data (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience using Analytics programs (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Lead generation and/or B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience with multivariate testing, and conversion optimization
  • Proficient in SQL
