We are seeking a motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Account Manager who thrives in an Agile environment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a passion for leading creatives, overseeing projects, and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results. As a Performance Marketing Account Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to strategy, execution planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee performance marketing campaigns, contributing to strategy development, execution planning, and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
  • Manage workflow and track project progress using Workfront, delegating responsibilities and ensuring timely delivery of tasks within two-week sprints.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives to ideate concepts, present ideas, and drive creative execution that aligns with client objectives and drives enrollments at low cost.
  • Conduct sprint review meetings to evaluate campaign performance, analyze analytics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with McKinsey consultants as part of a highly international team, leveraging their expertise to drive strategic insights and solutions.
  • Review analytics and performance data daily, proactively identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize campaign performance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Exhibit a driven and competitive mindset, with a passion for winning and exceeding client expectations.

Compensation Range: $55-60/hr

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
