Interface with clients throughout project lifecycles, providing technical guidance and delivering comprehensive program/project schedules and status reports. Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scopes crucial for decision-making in project implementation. Offer technical insights to Product Managers and orchestrate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion. Potential management/oversight of projects may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients on technical and project-related matters from initiation to delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Generate functional specifications, requirements, and project scopes. Deliver program/project schedules and status reports.
- Technical Insights: Provide technical and analytical information to Product Managers.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring timely project completion within budgetary constraints.
- Project Management: Potentially manage/oversee projects as necessary.
Typical Day in the Role:
- Team Focus: Align with the Proactive Services team to ensure technical coherence with other units.
- Key Projects: Concentrate on Proactive Services’ consumption outcomes and ensure technical alignment.
- Task Breakdown: Manage program activities, process enhancements, documentation, Azure DevOps oversight, conducting regular standups and team meetings, tracking milestones, communicating updates, executing Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), establishing project governance, risk tracking, and implementation.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
- Project/Program Management: 3-4 years’ experience.
- Azure Development Ops: 3-4 years’ advanced expertise.
- Power BI & Data Analytics: 3-4 years’ experience in reporting and analytics.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $58/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
