Our client is seeking a program manager with a background in Integrated Marketing to join their team! This is a six-month assignment with the potential to extend and is also fully remote! The ideal candidate will lie in Pacific Standard Time.
This is a fantastic chance to work on marketing and product development that aligns with our client’s core values. You will play a vital role in two crucial areas of our client’s business, and collaborating with multiple departments is necessary. Your focus will be on campaigns and messages that support the product, cultural moments, impact, and experiences.
Specialized Skills/Duties:
- Strategic development of campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments, including Product Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and executional channels (digital, social, in-store, visual merchandising, local, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial attitude and creative thinking.
- Problem-solving, solution-oriented experience in a brand/retail setting.
- Experience with achieving targets against marketing and sales objectives.
- Understanding and passion for culturally significant moments, impact work, and the values of our Client.
- Business-minded marketing background.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple small marketing campaigns/messages, including campaign strategy, creative brief consultation, and GTM development.
Software Used and Experience Needed:
- Basic Microsoft Package/Comfort Level (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences:
- Creative/brief writing experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $48/HR. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
