Our team is looking for a Customer Connection Specialist!
Project management activities around the enterprise customer experience for Customer Connection Team. This role will be supporting out Scale webinar and calls motion, and will be responsible for the setup, running and reporting on a large range of webinar style events.
Key responsibilities:
Becoming a subject matter expert Teams webinar, Teams townhall and Teams Live Events.
Create customer facing invitations for events and webinars.
Manage registrations at scale and validate customer eligibility.
Provide real-time support during calls and events, using tools such as Polly, Poll Everywhere, Forms, etc. to drive engagement wih a live audience.
Capture insights, feedback, questions and notes on key discussions taking place at calls and events.
Produce reports and summaries of calls & events.
