Responsibilities:
โข Sprint planning for Control Tower application monthly updates
โข Run stand-up with engineering team
โข Write Requirements and Functional Specifications for new and updated features
โข Ensure system remains Compliant and meets all standards
โข Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to plan and deliver on functional and user acceptance testing
โข Work across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation
โข Status reporting and communication of planned and in-flight work
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join the team. In this role, individuals will be responsible for running feature delivery for new and updated features of our Control Towers, which are two Compliant process workflow tools for managing launches, built with ADO and Power Apps. This role will work closely with the Technical PMs, engineering team, and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, manage delivery, and report on progress.
Ideal Candidate:
โข 7 or more years of experience in technical program and project management
โข Knowledge of product compliance requirements
โข Experience with Power Apps
โข Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
โข Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
โข Ability to work with multiple stakeholders as part of a Technical PM team and as an individual with our partner team process, technical and business managers
A Technical PM is responsible for leading the planning and release process to design, build, and maintain software applications. They are expected to have a strong understanding of both program management and project management. 7+ years of relevant experience required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $67.37 to $74.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
