This team is responsible for delivering all the underlying capabilities to publish content onto the website as well as ensuring that their learners can have the best learning experience to fit their needs. They support all the documentation for all products on their platform, as well as creating profiles and connecting all the learning experiences.
This role will contribute to working on a new product (ensuring they have answers and documentation) and they are shifting into adaptive learning or AI generated learning experience.
The role will consist of 50% meetings, 30% analysis/business impacts, and 20% responding to emails/teams.
This role provides the opportunity to be a part of a transformation stage for a product organization.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 8 – 10 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: None
• Disqualifiers: Candidates who have not worked with a technical engineering team before. They are not looking for a project manager in the traditional project management sense. They are looking for product/technical program management.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous product operations management experience. Agile experience and background in product management.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on deliverables and successful stakeholder engagement.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5 years years experience with software lifecycle (PDLC or SDLC).
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience defining and understanding agile processes and methodologies.
3. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience with product analysis.
