We are seeking an experienced project analyst to join our clients team and support their Enterprise Supplier Management efforts. As a project analyst, you will play a vital role in executing and monitoring project plans related to supplier risk, performance, and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments to implement supplier management program initiatives and ensure operational excellence. This will involve conducting quantitative analyses, preparing presentations for team meetings and business reviews, and leveraging Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools for program functionality.

- Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to execute key functions of the supplier management program, such as risk assessments and segmentation.
- Perform data analyses using advanced quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Prepare specialized reports as per company policies.
- Assist in developing tactical next steps based on supplier risk and performance levels across various inherent risk factors.
- Conduct internal meetings to disseminate results from performance management activities.
- Assist in drafting communications and project plans.
- Document processes, policies, and guidelines thoroughly.
- Establish program roadmaps, documentation, and timelines.
- Develop training content and conduct training sessions.
- Lead or assist with special projects as required, demonstrating strong leadership and accountability.
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Skills:
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in analyzing business and supplier trends.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related financial discipline required.
- Advanced degree in supply chain discipline and/or experience in sourcing preferred.
- Additional experience in consulting is a plus.
