Our client is seeking someone with vast project experience to lead and be a consultant/advisor on major origination projects, including coordination of deployments from two vendors and ensure all boxes are checked to ensure smooth delivery. They would also be in charge of leading the change control process.
This person will:
· Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to coordinate and optimize Change Control
and Release management, including intake, prioritization, Development, UAT and Integration
testing, and deployment
· Partner with IT and other teams to optimize business operations and technologies.
· Monitor vendor performance and SLA’s, collaborate with vendor contracts, and identify
opportunities for improvement or new services.
· Lead Field Notification, Invoice Processing, and other tasks as assigned by management.
They will represent and advocate for the business product development and solution management that are in alignment with corporate strategies. Within the assigned process discipline and with internal and external partners, they are to achieve other objectives including process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments, project requirements, testing, and field support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Captive/auto finance or banking experience preferred
- Leadership, business analysis, process mapping and business communications including documenting and managing complex business requirements
- User acceptance testing
- Project management
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-50/hour DOE. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
