Our client’s marketing team is seeking a skilled and experienced Process Improvement Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and will participate in brainstorming process improvement solutions as the team pushes the centralization of company workflows. The candidate will have a knack for visualizing workflows and documenting processes, and providing support for all approved tooling. This role requires expertise in project management, workflow optimization, change management, and a high-level understanding of Disney’s organization and internal workings.

  • Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the process optimization roadmap, and overall strategy to support business priorities
  • Lead change management, including communication, training, and support to facilitate the adoption of new workflows.
  • Own the analysis and documentation needs of changes to platform functionality to cater to business needs, while coordinating governance and operations.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to teams to ensure a seamless transition and sustained productivity.
  • Participate in brainstorming of solutions to increase speed and efficiency of the Airtable network while ensuring they meet the general architecture and the requirements of all stakeholders.
  • Own the documentation and maintenance of all workflows.
  • Provide high-level understanding and support for current tooling, which includes, but is not limited to, Airtable, Salesforce, AEM, Frame.io, and other relevant software tools.
  • Facilitate feedback and communication between all internal and external workflow stakeholders to ensure consistency, dependency planning, & risk mitigation.
  • Partner with team leads to drive change related to platform releases and drive adoption of the platform over time.
  • Ability to pivot to align with evolving business objectives

Experience:

  • A knack for flow-charting and process visualization in apps like LucidChart or Miro
  • Proven experience in project management, process optimization, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on analyzing and visualizing complex processes.
  • Understanding of relational database design concepts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, & collaborative skills
  • Understanding of relational database design concepts
  • Advanced working knowledge of Airtable
  • Understanding of general cross-platform API functionality
  • Required Education: BS or equivalent experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37.40 to $41.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
