The Opportunity:
Join us as the Project Manager driving this crucial initiative! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for navigating the complexities of integrating the new e-commerce solution, managing change effectively, and ensuring a smooth transition for the business. You will leverage your expertise to anticipate challenges, train stakeholders, optimize processes, and contribute to the successful implementation of the platform, ultimately optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Support the e-commerce project from planning and integration through implementation and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, sales, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure alignment.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Support the launch of comprehensive training programs for stakeholders on the new e-commerce platform.
- Guide the business through change management processes, minimizing disruptions and ensuring user adoption.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to configure and customize the e-commerce solution to optimize workflows and user experience.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for further optimizing the e-commerce platform and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Experience with change management best practices and implementation.
- Experience with e-commerce/mobile ordering is required (Cut+Dry preferred).
- B2B experience highly preferred.
- Food and beverage industry experience a plus.
- Ability to travel to travel whenever necessary.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50.00 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
