The purpose of this team is manage a tool that views and manages privacy and security requirements. This role will contribute to requirement overview of quality control review. Role will be critical for reducing the cost across client org. The role will consist of 75% coordination/ collaboration/ orchestrate and 25% heads down reviewing proposal completion.

This person will be responsible for managing KPI governance and quality reviews, including reviewing proposals for readiness, governance meeting agenda and follow ups. Review ongoing quality of KPIs, aggregate and summarize KPI quality to help facilitate KPI Quality Reviews. 

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage KPI governance and quality reviews, including reviewing proposals for readiness and pre-review for quality and completeness.
* Manage KPI governance agenda, scheduling, and coordination
* Manage KPI governance notes, takeaways, and drive action items to completion. Manage approvals and proposal states.
* Manage and drive action on KPI quality metrics and ongoing quality requirements. Manage dashboard and reporting to drive this work. Drive engagement with relevant KPI owners to make improvements and drive to completion. Ensure commitments are made and deadlines are met. Escalate where/as necessary.
* Manage KPI Quality Review backlog, proposal preparedness and population, proposal pre-review cycle, and full committee review. Ensure actions are captured, committed, and driven to completion.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• PMP or PMI certification
• 5-7 years experience
• Proven project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
• Experience driving initiatives to completion and delivering results across a complex organizational landscape

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $56.03 to $62.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
