Job Description

I am looking for an experienced web developer to help me create a property buy or sell website that allows users to search for properties by location. The types of properties listed on the website will include both residential and commercial properties. I don't require any additional features such as property valuation, mortgage calculator, or virtual tours, but the website should feature easy to use navigation, localization services, and intuitive UI/UX.

The developer I'm looking for will have strong proficiency with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and be comfortable working within a proposed framework such as Node.js. The ability to craft high-quality code with robust security features and meet the project timeline is essential. I am open to hearing any additional suggestions and ideas on how to make the website better.
