This innovative team, develops and scales across high-impact, customer-centric and personalized digital experiences across the customer lifecycle and adapts to the evolving needs of our Corporate Card Members and Program Administrators continuing to build and deliver a seamless membership experience across platforms and products.

The talent chosen will operate at a Product Manager level and will be responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy and digitization of the offline Servicing processes and experiences across 33 markets globally. This talent will be responsible for creating digital customer journeys that engage our clients and Product partners to bring the experience to life. Our partner is seeking a teammate that will collaborate with business leaders and partners to support and help create a compelling strategy and roadmap and drive to bring from concept to market launch in a fast-paced environment. The Product Manager will hold responsibility for decision making with a customer in mind and prioritization for their workstreams, working with product owners, servicing, sales, marketing, and compliance/GCO leaders. This talent will lead all phases of the product lifecycle in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Must be capable of independently leading Access Management projects end-to-end while also identifying risks and removing roadblocks
  • Conduct research and discovery with multiple partners like legal, compliance, product and servicing teams to identify solutions, build consensus and gain approvals for those solution and execute to bring those solutions to life.
  • Will be expected to partner with teams across the Enterprise globally to leverage our Client’s capabilities and accelerate delivery
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to define functionality, business rules, use cases, and process flows
  • Will be responsibile for owning recurring status reporting activities for a leadership and senior leadership audience
  • Must be able to lead communication and collaboration with stakeholder groups across the enterprise
  • Conduct projects in alignment within an Agile product development environment with the skills to break down sophisticated work requirements into right sized consumable effort
  • Plan and deliver a project backlog, prioritize workstreams, and ship high-quality, functional solutions with the help of a cross-functional agile team
  • Champion the product vision and roadmap for with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities and provide input on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features, including external benchmarking and keeping a pulse on digital trends and customer preferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or 4+ years of related experience
  • Experience with software product development preferred
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices preferred
  • Background in operational process management preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
