    I need to add OTP (One-Time Password) authentication using phone numbers to my website. Additionally, it's crucial to integrate this feature with our current database, ensuring that when existing users log in using their phone number and OTP, they are connected to their existing accounts.

    Furthermore, users should have the option to log in using their existing email address, where the OTP will be sent to their email instead of their phone number.

    If a user attempts to log in with an email or phone number that is not recognized, they should be prompted to create a new account using their phone number. After entering the OTP received during this registration process, they should be directed to the user registration form. This form should already have the phone number they used for OTP registration filled in.
