Job Summary:
As a Senior Marketing Manager specializing in events and project management, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events aligned with our industry strategy. Your role will involve developing engaging experiences for our audience, managing relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensuring seamless project execution within budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Align events and experience programs with industry strategy and establish production schedules.
- Ensure events adhere to branding, content, and timing standards for a consistent experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and strategize marketing campaigns, programs, and promotions.
- Lead the development and curation of content and customer journeys to drive engagement.
- Manage execution planning and support end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain communication and relationships with internal teams and third-party events management.
- Act as a project manager across teams to coordinate messaging and presence.
- Coordinate with vendor resources to ensure efficient event preparation and execution.
Project Management:
- Create event plans and marketing wireframes aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless event process flow and marketing execution, both virtual and in-person.
- Contribute to presentation decks outlining plans and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
- Determine resources needed for events and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
- Ensure event execution stays within budget or escalate issues as necessary.
- Develop detailed project management plans and communication strategies.
- Set milestones and workback schedules to drive progress and deliverables.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of related experience preferred.
- Previous tech experience at a major Seattle based Tech company is a plus
- Previous experience with Latin America
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and methods.
- Familiarity with media production and communication techniques.
