Are you passionate about directing and coordinating project intake and execution efforts to support brand activation? We are. In fact, we find it so critical that we are seeking a seasoned senior project manager to help orchestrate brand and creative project workstreams within our marketing team.
As the Senior Project Manager for Brand and Creative, you are a member of the Marketing team. You will work closely with our content, sales and digital teams to support cohesive development and execution of projects and deliverables that support and amplify the reputation and awareness while supporting strategic business priorities. This is a full time, remote role. The Senior Project Manager, Brand and Creative will report to the Head of Creative Strategy, Brand and Marketing.

What success looks like:
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project management and collaborative creative asset development processes that optimize brand activation in highly-matrixed environments. You must have experience defining, implementing and managing project intake, scope and assignments from initiation to completion. You also have experience using project management software and collaborative SaaS tools such as Workfront, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday or other platforms. You alsoproactively engage, support and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to ensure consensus.

- โข Develop, document, implement and socialize processes to efficiently manage,
- prioritize and track the initiation and completion of projects
- โข Consult with internal clients, stakeholders and team members to determine needs and
- scope of assigned projects, and offer thoughtful and strategic solutions
- โข Listen to needs, confirm and align project scope and present execution plans to
- internal clients and stakeholders
- โข Assess resource needs and track status of projects daily by following up with team
- members charged with execution, feedback and approvals
- โข Create and share guidelines, processes and reports that enable insight and visibility
- into projects and efforts
- โข Collaborate across the organization to share and drive best practices that highlight
- effective project management practices
- โข Make recommendations about tools that improve project management, workflow and
- collaboration efficiencies
Requirements:
- โข Five or more years as a project manager in a highly-matrixed organization.
- โข PMI, Scrum or Agile certification
- โข Ability to work on PC or Mac platform
- โข Develop and drive processes in project management tools and socialize SLAs and
- timelines for brand and creative work
- โข Be visible and present in team meetings (virtual and in-person)
- โข Experience implementing, managing and socializing project management tools and
- best practices.
- โข Ability to proactively plan work assignments and timelines for delivery
- โข Establish cadence of team meetings to assign and review project status
- โข Ability to collaborate with a team
- โข Ability to plan work that adheres to budgets and meet deadlines
- โข Ability to distill information into project plans and propose execution
- โข Associate or bachelorโs degree in marketing, project management or brand activation,
- or relevant experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
