We are seeking an experienced Marketing Producer to join the our clients Social Team. This person should have experience in the fast-paced world of entertainment marketing and have social media expertise with a background in managing agency teams. This position will be responsible for aligning strategy and creative opportunity to milestones associated with our clients series slate and handling the execution of business critical launches and evergreen initiatives. This requires close collaboration with internal and external groups. As a part of the broader Marketing Organization, this team’s purpose is to drive conversation and love for our clients brand, series, films, talent and fans.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of marketing experience working for global brands with an emphasis on integrated communications.
  • Experience with balancing work in a fast-paced, creatively-driven organization through a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent project and time management skills are required, as are adaptability and flexibility.
  • Critical thinking skills are crucial to ensure comfort in navigating and ensuring alignment with evolving campaign and brand strategy.
  • Problem solving skills and a high level of organizational acumen to assess and navigate issues while applying rigorous attention to detail.
  • Extensive background in social, digital, and video asset creation and approval cycles.
  • Strong grasp of the general social landscape, including formats and trends across the various different platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building cross-functional rapport, credibility, and influence with multiple partners working within a highly matrix’d organization.
  • Passionate brand user who is familiar with the products, including Mail, iCloud, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
  • Experience working across a multitude of digital and physical productions.
  • Strong understanding of creator and influencer campaigns; experience with managing budgets, timelines, approvals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate and drive multiple and simultaneous series campaign efforts, from inception to completion (eg: concept approval, strategic and creative development, review and approval structure, execution and sustained support).
  • Prioritize and align teams through a strong understanding of project timelines, securing integration across functions through expert communication skills, partnership, and leadership.
  • Process innovation and optimization, building new ways of working around specific needs and identification of broader opportunities for efficiency.
  • Systems and Tools expert, owning and maintaining tools and information that improve our strategic and creative opportunities with a keen eye for how to utilize, improve, and get the most out of the systems we have in place.
  • Comfort in tracking the budget and finance details of campaigns across multiple quarters and with many partners.
  • Coordinate all connection points in business launch moments including internal partnerships and agency scopes, production partners, influencer selections, and campaign execution.
  • Wrangle and coordinate all necessary details ensuring that key stakeholders are kept in close collaboration to orchestrate extraordinary marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate content capture with internal strategic teams, leading external productions with agency partners and talent; tracking budgets, timelines, and internal / external approvals.
  • Oversee the creative execution of all assigned social posts ahead of publication, ensuring all relevant stakeholders sign off, assets are accurately QC’d, and reflect our overall strategic voice

Education

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $80 to $90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
